Baidu presses charges against its American Registrar
BAIDU is the most used search engine in China while it owns only 70% of the market against 30% by Google.
The web site has pressed charges against its american registrar, being Register.com in front of the New York authorities for negligence.
Indeed, BAIDU repproachs to Register.com of having made easier the hacking that has been suferred by its international website Baidu.com further to acts of a group being in favor of the regime of Teheran «Iranian Cyber Army».
For few hours, the internet users could not access to the website but were directed on a web page revealing the hacking.
This group has also been accused of having hacked Twitter’s web site in december 2009, such web site being contested by the governement in power in Iran.
